Front Length: Take a tape measure and start from top of your shoulder and extend it down to the length listed in the size chart.

Chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest. Typically, 2-3 centimetres below your underarm.

Beautiful Coat
You all have to stop making your stuff so good!! This was the third item in my order and I love it. It's so warm and comfortable it makes me want to go outside more often. I only have 1 complaint and that is the double zipper. It is such a pain in the butt to get both zips lined up and insert the zipper pull without them moving. When you're vertically challenged, (5'1")not only are you short, but so are your arms are as well. Finally figured out if I bring the zip up and rest it and my hand on the counter, I can line them up without disconnecting anything. Minor irritant for such a warm and comfortable coat.

I’m kinda sad
I’ve had the original pink oodie jacket for almost a year now and I had to retire it. Due to staining and the fact I was using it as a winter jacket. I was so excited to get a new one. But it’s not as warm as my other one 😔 cool sleeves though

I love this jacket! It is nice and roomy (I should have gone down a size) and so warm! I love the plush interior and the thumb holes so my wrists don’t get chilled. I’m so glad I ordered it just as soon as I saw the post announcing its debut!

I wanted to love it...
I wanted to love this coat, but I've had nothing but issues with it and, honestly, I wish I didn't buy it now. The first one I bought was defective, the sleeve cuffs were didn't lengths. So I had to go through the process of getting in contact with customer service, which took about a week. Finally they said they'd ship a new one to me and I could keep the old one, which was very nice of them. I got the second coat and it was also defective. It had so many threads hanging off and some of them had been pulled, so the fabric was bunched together. I didn't have the patience to wait another week for a coat because it's winter. It was snowing outside, like a light flurry. I went to pick up my kid from school across the street and the coat was SOAKED! I wouldn't say it's water resistant at all. Needless to say if you're looking for a coat that's actually useful, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I love my oodie sweater but the coats are not so great.

Terrible customer service experience, poor quality jacket
I ordered this jacket from the Oodie Canada website. It arrived and the first time I wore it the stitching on one pocket came undone.
I sent in pictures and they offered me 3 options: 1 - return the jacket and they would replace it, 2 - return the jacket for a refund, 3 - receive £15 (NOT the currancy in Canada) to have the jacket repaired. I chose option 1 - return and REPLACE.
They then sent me a link to all UPS stores in the USA (I'm in CANADA) for the return and said they would issue a refund once I could prove I returned the jacket. I asked for a replacement, not a refund.
Meanwhile the stitching on the other pocket is now coming undone.
Why has this simple process been so difficult?? I've made multiple purchases from this company (6 regular oodies, a robe, and this jacket) and this is the first quality issue I've run into. The response from oodie has been frustrating and does not show they value their customers. I will think twice before ordering from them again as it seems the quality of the product is declining and customer service is abysmal.
