1. SWEEPSTAKES DATES

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on September 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 2, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are given in Pacific Time.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal permanent United States residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except as follows: nineteen (19) years of age or older in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one (21) years of age or older in Mississippi) as of the date of entry, and to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”).

Current and past employees, officers and directors of Shared Sweeps LLC (the “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, related companies, participating business entities and participating non-profit organizations, advertising/promotion agencies (including National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”)) and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. Persons compensated by Sponsor for marketing the Sweepstakes (affiliates, endorsers and influencers) ARE eligible to enter.

3. TO ENTER

Sponsor will offer the Sweepstakes in conjunction with certain participating business entities and non-profit organizations as identified on digital and print materials advertising the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is offering only ONE Sweepstakes prize in conjunction with all such participating business entities and non-profit organizations. Below are the ways to receive entries into this Sweepstakes:

A. VIA PURCHASE/DONATION

• Every Dollar Spent/Donated = 1 Entry.
• Visit a participating business entity’s website or retail location and make a purchase of any qualifying product (including a subscription) or a participating non-profit organization’s website and make a donation using a qualifying payment method. For every $1 USD of qualifying product purchase or donation (for residents of Canada, $1.39 CAD), Entrant will receive one (1) entry.
• For clarity: purchases/donations made through non-participating channels will not receive entries.
• Entries may require proof of purchase or completion of additional data fields. Returned items may cancel associated entries.

Multipliers & Bonus Entries: Depending on the participating business entity or non-profit organization, entries via qualifying purchase/donation may be multiplied or receive bonus entries for certain products, order amounts, coupon codes, or special 2X items. Check the participating business entity’s website or in-store disclosures.

B. VIA MISCELLANEOUS ACTIONS OTHER THAN PURCHASE/DONATION

Certain actions (e.g., registering, downloading an app, signing up for email/SMS, completing a survey) may award entries as prescribed by the business entity or non-profit organization. A person may receive a maximum of 100 entries per business entity/non-profit organization via performing actions.

C. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

To receive entries without making a qualifying purchase/donation: mail a plain 4” x 6” postcard (ENVELOPE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED) with your first and last name, complete address, city, state/province/territory, zip/postal code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, e-mail address to:

Each valid postcard results in nine (9) entries. To receive 2x entries, hand write “DOUBLE” in the bottom left corner. To receive 5x entries, hand write “MULTIPLIER” in the bottom right corner. Entries must be postmarked by December 3, 2025 and received by December 10, 2025.

No mechanical reproductions accepted. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor. Not all participating entities will offer all methods of entry — check sharedsweeps.com for details. Limit of 7,500 entries per Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period.

4. WINNING / ODDS

There will be one (1) random drawing held on or about December 11, 2025 in which one (1) grand prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZE

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) $100,000 USD Grand Prize to be awarded. The participating business entity that received the winning entry will determine certain elements of the Grand Prize. Grand Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for any expenses not listed and for taxes.

6. PRIZE CLAIM

Grand Prize Winner will be notified via contact information provided at registration within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing date. Potential winner must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/publicity release and IRS form W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (Canada) within the required timeframe. Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited math skill-testing question to claim the prize.

7. GENERAL

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and release Sponsor, participating entities and Independent Administrator from liability. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors, lost or late entries, or any technical problems. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant attempting to undermine the Sweepstakes and to cancel/modify the Sweepstakes if compromised.

Disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York and must be brought in Rochester, NY courts or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

By entering, Entrants consent to the collection, use and distribution of personal information by the Sponsor for administration and marketing; Sponsor will use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy: sharedsweeps.com/privacy/

11. WINNERS’ LIST REQUEST

To receive the name of the Grand Prize Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped (business size) envelope to: “Shared Sweeps $100K Giveaway 6” Winners List Request, PO Box 458, Newark, NY 14513. Requests must be received by January 12, 2026.

12. OFFICIAL RULES

Visit the website of any participating business entity or non-profit organization for a copy of these Official Rules during the Sweepstakes Period.

“Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc nor the entities associated with the prizes being awarded by a business entity, have NOT sponsored, offered or otherwise in any way associated with the Shared Sweepstakes $100,000 Giveaway 2025. All information is provided to the Sponsor only.”

This Sweepstakes shall not be published without written permission by Sponsor.
