✔︎ When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

If you have ordered 2 items from us please note that they may arrive in seperate packaging at seperate times. Please be patient.

If your order does not arrive within 8 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the courier. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. If you accept "leave in safe place" directly with our courier we will no longer take responsibility for the package. 

Please note that if you purchase a pre-sale item and an in-stock item in the same order, both items will be sent out at the same time once all stock is available at our warehouse for dispatch.

✔︎ Yes! We are extremely confident that you will love The Oodie. However if you do not find The Oodie suitable for you we do offer a 30-day returns policy.

The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the storage bag and bow that it arrives in.

If your return item arrives without the bag or bow, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If you need to return your Oodie please email our team at help@theoodie.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your Oodie.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask a few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to prevent people taking advantage of our system.

We will require your goods to be sent back to us in their original packaging.

✔︎ We like to make life easy. The Oodie is machine washable, however please  ensure it's a gentle wash with very mild detergents (approved for wool/silk). If you really want to preserve the cuddliness and softness off the Oodie, hand wash it in cold water. Air-dry only.

✔︎ If you went through our entire checkout process and confirmed an order we may be unable to cancel it. This is due to our system immediately sending your order through to our fulfilment partner. This system allows a very fast delivery service to our customers. However if you do need to change or cancel an order please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request.

Please keep in mind due to the current high volume of orders and customer service requests occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
